SABER Platform & Product Certificate of Conformity (PCoC)
SABER is the official electronic platform of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO), used to register products and issue the Product Certificate of Conformity (PCoC) and the Shipment Certificate of Conformity (SCoC) for products subject to Saudi technical regulations. Why does your business need a SABER certificate? A Product Certificate of Conformity (PCoC) is a core requirement for marketing regulated products in the Saudi market and for customs clearance of imported shipments. It also reduces the risk of shipment rejection or delay at Saudi ports of entry.
